Meet Emily Ray Henderson

Emily Ray Henderson is a breathwork facilitator, Senior Trainer with Alchemy of Breath, and founder of Essential Ray who has guided transformational experiences internationally for more than 15 years.

Her work combines breathwork, nervous system awareness, embodiment, and grounded emotional support to help people reconnect with greater clarity, steadiness, and presence.
